This is the fastest path for rights owners during the pilot. If you are a listener reporting a song for quality, content, or metadata concerns, use the in-app Report button when possible so the note lands in the admin queue with the song attached.

Please include:

• Your name and contact information.
• The song title, artist name, or direct link/details if available.
• A short explanation of the copyright, ownership, or safety concern.
• Any supporting links or evidence that helps the review.

We will usually unpublish a reported song first while we review it so it no longer appears in the public catalog during the pilot. Permanent deletion is reserved for confirmed takedowns or other final removal decisions.

Every upload on Notes of Gladness comes from an approved artist and is reviewed by admins. We take reports seriously and aim to respond promptly.
